We do not use analytics services, advertising trackers or similar technologies to monitor how visitors use this website.
We do not use this website to build profiles of visitors or track visitors across other websites.

If you contact us directly, we will use the information you provide only as necessary to respond to your enquiry and conduct our business.
Newsletter Service
When you subscribe to a newsletter operated through Megargy Newsletter Service, we collect your email address. You may also choose to provide your first name, last name and organisation.
We also record information needed to manage and protect the subscription, including when the subscription was requested and confirmed, its current status, unsubscribe requests, delivery failures and spam complaints. Technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information and bot-verification results, may be recorded to prevent abuse and provide evidence that a subscription was requested.
We use this information to:
- send the confirmation email and newsletter updates you requested;
- manage your subscription and unsubscribe requests;
- prevent fraudulent or automated signups;
- handle failed deliveries and spam complaints; and
- protect the reliability and reputation of the service.
We rely on your consent to send newsletter emails. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, preventing unwanted email and maintaining suppression records.
Newsletter delivery and supporting infrastructure are provided using Amazon Web Services, including Amazon Simple Email Service. Subscription forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. These providers process information on our behalf as necessary to provide and protect the service.
We retain active subscription information while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we retain a record of that preference so that we do not send further newsletters. We may also retain limited subscription and delivery records where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, investigate delivery problems, demonstrate consent or comply with legal obligations.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every newsletter. You may also contact support@megargy.com to ask about, correct or request deletion of your personal information.
